Make-up application tips you can use now!

Bored with your powder eye shadow or blush? Give them a lift!  Change their tint with cream shadow.  If you can’t find the right shade, try using a shade of lipstick.  Apply a thin layer under eye shadow or on apples of cheeks, and then proceed with powder application.  In addition to helping your powders adhere better, using creams gives a healthy glow and if desired can also render a dewy finish.
